LOGADI is a traditional Greek yellow cheese with only 17% fat. It is produced by 50% goat and sheep’s milk and 50% cow’s milk, with strict specifications and a lot of “meraki” (a Greek work that cannot be translated but means love, care and dedication, all in one!) The result is a mature product with stable and high quality.

LOGADI has predominantly the characteristic taste of “kasseri” (a traditional, typical Greek yellow cheese), sweet and spicy at the same time, which is due to the mixture of cow’s with goat & sheep’s milk.
It is the perfect ally for a healthy and balanced nutrition because of its low content in fat!
